I had a voice mail message from Monique at this phone number saying she was calling from Bank of America for me or my husband, that this was not a sales call, but we should call back at our earliest convenience to 800-688-7783. This is NOT a Bank of America phone number and will be reported to Bank of America's fraud division.
I had a voice mail from Amy at this number saying to call Bank of America back and that this was not a sales call. When i did try to return the call it would not go thru to a person because i didnt have the extension instead it hung up twice. I think this is a scam and will report to Bank of America immediately!

They knew my name and phone number (as they appear on my B of A account) but they did not identify which account or even which *type* of account this was in reference to. I called Bank of America using the number on my credit card. They could only check on my credit card accounts, but found nothing relevant.
