My phone calls started............. did not reconize the area code or number... did not answer... ck'd on here............they have called 6 times today.... will not ans... will try and block...
Sears Credit Cards were sold to Citibank Corp. If you owe any money and are not paying on time they will come after you. Eventually they will give up and sell your debt to resurgent debt collectors. Not to mentions Sears raises the interest rate every year current rate is 30%
The prerecorded phone calls identify themselves as Citicorp and state their is payment of $235, that is 30 days past due. This must be a scam, as they want a check number to pay this or be subject to a $14 fee for being late. Be careful in giving any information on line!!!
I just called Sears CitiBank and nothing is past due, and my payments are on time, every time!!!
This is someone trying to steal your bank account number!! I don't know how it got my name and phone number since it is unlisted, but I do know that they can put what ever they want to display on your caller ID.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!
Just hang up. My phone company provides a block number option, by pressing *60 then it blocks the last number that called. Call your phone company and see if you have something similar...
