Who called from 8164201012

Called my daughter's cell phone (she is only 12!) at 6:30am.   It was a robocall talking about Sears credit.

This number has been calling my house for several weeks. I finally blocked it with my home phone. It originates from Kansas City, MO. I have no idea what the motivation for calling so many people so many times. This is either PHISHing or at least SPAM.

I keep getting this caller and dont have them or any credit at all. return call and always busy, please stop calling

First started getting text messages from this number about a month ago stating they were from CITI Corp. The anti virus program on my phone flagged that text as suspicious. Then got a phone call from it at 830 this morning. Tried to call back and its always busy. This is very strange!!!
