They have me a case number and said that they would proceed in court without me if I didn't return the call and used my county that I live in. No I'm not in trouble and it is a scam..
Don't believe it. Same phone number for everybody and they do change the phone numbers. Do not believe it. I did call the police...they told me to block the number..or numbers.
Just got the same messages two days in a row. It was for my brother but they called me. My boyfriends sister also got one for him. We live in three different states. Court date for both.
I got a call today and they said the same as Crystal, supposedly they are a process server for my county. Didn't leave a local number only a number for a business in the Houston area for me to return call. Don't know the name of the company they are collecting for, if anyone knows of who this business may belong to that would help
