They have me a case number and said that they would proceed in court without me if I didn't return the call and used my county that I live in. No I'm not in trouble and it is a scam..
Don't believe it. Same phone number for everybody and they do change the phone numbers. Do not believe it. I did call the police...they told me to block the number..or numbers.
I received a call as well today 04/05/2017 and it scared me so bad, I don't get in trouble it couldn't be for me but they knew my name and I'm scared. I don't understand why the lady would call me and say all the information they had was sealed and she's scheduled to come to my home tomorrow beetween the hours of 3 and 5 I have to find out more, I'd like this to stop now. Please can anyone tell me what info they have found out??
These people are scammers! Don't believe a word they say! They called my husband's cell phone on March 23rd 2917 and then on 4/2/2017, 4/3/2017. Each time they called they called my cell phone and left the exact same message. The following Monday 4/6/17, again they called my husbands phone,she left an automated message. Next I get the phone call but this time I picked up and answered the phone. She asked me if I got her message and I said sure did. She told me she was coming out between 3 and 5 to drop legal papers off; I told her too bad we're not going to be here, and I laughed at her. I asked her who the papers are from she said the envelope was sealed so I gave her permission to open it. She told me to call Sherry Victor at 832-210-3724. The number this loser is calling from is 404-455-9111. With all the technology they can change the number to any area code. Oh! I called the Federal Trade Commission and made a report about these scumbags. Don't give these idiots any information and don't worry. LOL!!!
