They have me a case number and said that they would proceed in court without me if I didn't return the call and used my county that I live in. No I'm not in trouble and it is a scam..
Don't believe it. Same phone number for everybody and they do change the phone numbers. Do not believe it. I did call the police...they told me to block the number..or numbers.

Total crap! interesting that my phone will not give me the option to block the number either. Said they will be serving legal documents on a specific date between 3-5. If they can't find someone home they will go to a place of employment. They told me to call (832) 210-3704 with file # CV######. They said I had been "officially notified."
Same as everyone else. Going to come to my home and work between 3-5 Good luck chickadee with that one. Since you are a process server for a county I moved away from in 2007, I just know the people who bought the house will help you right out.
