Well, bless their evil little hearts. This # called me today, also. 9/5/16. At 11:34. I happened to be at my computer/desk and as I did not recognise the # I immediately pushed the "Blacklist" button on my Call Blocker. Look at how many calls they made today just on the ones here that have been reported. It is real easy to spot a "Spoofed" caller ID. Today they used: CS Follow Up. If they call again from this # all they will get is part of one ring. The number will display in the call blocker with the PadLock symbol. I don't bother with calls that I don't recognize. If important they could leave a message. Some of these robo calls actually come through to my FAX. Which has a different #.
If anyone is interested you can find many Call Blockers available online. Mine was just over $50. Money well spent. After I moved 3 years ago I sort of had a target on my back. 10-20 calls a day. How annoying. Problem solved with my Call Blocker. Incoming calls have the details displayed on my TV also. If turned on. That also saves a lot of jumping around. Spend some money on a Call Blocker. Which will block to 1500. You will be glad you did. (And, I do not sell them).
