I was scammed, A lady named Adrianna Pipman stole almost $400 from my account. When I demanded my money back because they took money out of my account even though I declined to an e-signature email she sent me she got very belligerent and hung up on me!
Got a phone call from a "process server" named Joe Thompson and a case number that my husband was to call 832-412-7029. He did, they claimed they were serving him with papers at home on Monday(yeah because process servers call you ahead of time) if he did not pay $3000 and something for a baloney payday loan. She claimed she worked fro ARS Management. My husband hung up on them, I called back and told them to discontinue our number and never contact us again. The lady he spoke with, Jennifer, called back and said...and I quote "I will continue to do whatever the hell I want until your husband pays his debt." and hung up on me. I called back, left another voicemail saying they didn't even get his information right, and thanked her for confirming she was not with a legitimate company. We then got 15 back to back dead air calls from an "unknown" number so I called our local police department while I was in the middle of filling out a complaint form with our AG office. I wish nothing but herpes of the face on these folks. They are scum.
I've received several calls in the last 24 hours from a guy name Patrick, trying to reach my Son. He leaves a threatening message and says he's going to be at my house at a particular time/ date and my Son better be here to address the matter.
When I call the number he left back, I get some damn recording.
Message to Patrick or any others that think you wanna try bombarding my house: I've served over 20 years in the Military, protecting the rights of idiots like that. I'll be damned if I don't protect my own damn property.
I'm not making a threat but before you come to my residence with some [***], ensure your family is aware of your final wishes.
I received a phone call from Jeff Bauer 18322203164 I just got scammed. He said their from Houston and owed from a debt from 8 yrs ago.T hey told me everything and I am the wife Terecita Woolfolk. He said everything is legal.
I was contacted about a payday loan from 5 yrs ago. They threatened to prosecute me for mail, wire and bank fraud if I didn't pay over $5000 on an original $500 loan, some of which I paid. Yes, I did default on the loan. The guy offered to let me pay $548 if I paid that day. And told me that whoever I'd made payments to before was obviously a scanner. When I suggested he might be the scanner he became very belligerent! He told me they see me in Bexar county court...odd since wire, bank and mail fraud are federal crimes! Needless to say, their process server never showed up and I've reported them to the attorney general. For those of you that don't already know, I have also found out that the statute of limitation for debts in Texas is 4 years!
