Nicole jones called telling me she was going to serve me papers between 3-5 on friday and then gave me a number and case number to call they had all my info and tried to get me to pay them a large amount and toldnme if i didnt pay they would sue me for much more than that
I received an unknown call and they left a message from a Nicole Kaiser stating that she was a process server and that she will be at my place of residence between 3-5pm today to serve a legal document, and she is unable to locate me that it will be considered a direct refusal to comply. I could call this number 832-261-4557 with questions. I called the number spoke with an Eric who said this number is ORA and associates out of Houston Texas, he asked me for a case number, in which I did not have- So then he started asking for my social security number- when I refused to give it to him he stated only way he could help me and that I could miss a court date.
