I DON'T EVEN HAVE A MORTGAGE. OUR HOUSE IS PAID FOR SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY ARE CALLING ME. SO I DID WHAT BOB SAID AND WENT TO THE SITE TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED. I DON'T NEED THIS IDIOTS CALLING ME.
I have a mortgage through NationStar and have opted out of their phone calls, yet still get them about 4-5 times per week, around 2 pm local time (PST). They never leave a message. VERY frustrating!

same here, they do not honor their Opt Out... have since 'rejected their calls with my Caller ID box... only rings once and their booted ... have heard but not proven if when you pick up and you recognize the number don't say anything just hit the # sign repeatedly as fast as you can and then hang up.. I can't say that it works but it appears to have slowed down a couple other annoying numbers that have called.... how nice the lack of the phone ringing before 0730 and after 2100/9pm .... and lot less in the middle...
My mortgage was sold to Nationstar. They want me to refinance my mortgage. I can't because I owe 80,000 dollars more than what the house is worth. I wonder if they do any research before they purchase these loans? I do not live in the home, thus would not qualify for any government financed programs. I explained this to them, but still get the annoying phone calls. I guess I can just ignore these calls.
