They called and wanted to talk to my mother who is in a nursing home. They actually wanted to make arrangements when they could talk with her at the nursing home! I told them my mom has dementia and can't talk on the phone. Then they wanted me to send them POA papers to them, but refused to say what this was about. I told them I wouldn't send them legal papers without knowing what this was about. Told them to send me a letter, but they refused to. They were quite rude. For all I know they could be scammers or identity thieves!

This person is calling me asking for a person that does not live here and this is not the persons phone number.
Called one time left message on answering machine for this person. After being told not to call again I got the third call. I told the person not to harass me any more. Do not call again or I will report you to the attorney general. In a schocking voice the caller said
WHO. I made my statement loud and clear. I am going to report them for harasing me. Our state (Pa) has a do not call list. my number is on this list. So hopefully they will be fined. I encourage any one who reads this to do the same.
I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE ATOURNEY GENERAL IN MY STATE FOR THEM HARASSING ME. Is not even my debit. they are harssing about a person they think I know.
They are calling with an levin bill. telling me that they are going to garnish my wages. I am not sure if they can do this or not? can someone help on this. they have also gave me numbers to call about getting a loan to pay this off.
It's a scam. If they continue to call and you feel you HAVE to answer, tell them to mail you documentation. DO NOT confirm your address; if they're for real they should have it!! Don't listen to any of their garbage spiel. DO NOT CALL the numbers nor make arrangements to pay. GET SOMETHING IN WRITING FIRST!!!
