This guy Chris Lee just called my phone and left a message. When I called back he was very rude and started screaming at me. He didn't ask How or when I could pay he just starts screaming. He was very Rude and I work for a collection agency and There is a complaint process that you can go through when you have this happen. Here is the Sc rules for Improper conduct..
IMPROPER CONDUCT
Even if you cannot pay your bill, a lender CANNOT:
• Threaten use of force, violence or criminal prosecution against you.
• Communicate with you many times in a short period of time.
• Contact you at work if you or your boss told them IN WRITING not to do so.
• Communicate with you before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm (without your permission.)
• Contact you if an attorney is representing you and the lender is aware of this, unless the attorney fails to respond to the lender.
• Tell anyone not signed on the contract that you have not paid.
• Put a notice about your debt on your door (unless it is sealed in a plain envelope).
• Swear or curse at you.
• Have money you owe taken out of your pay
• Pretend to be a lawyer.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR A LENDER TO CONTACT YOU BY PHONE OR PERSONAL VISIT, YOU MUST WRITE TO THEM REQUESTING THAT THEY STOP. BEWARE, HOWEVER, THAT CLOSING ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE LENDER MAY FORCE THE LENDER TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
Well, that number is now calling my house. We do not have medical bills, we have one doctor and pay 100% up front for every visit. Never been to the hospital or anything.

Yes, I just had a call from them too, same crap.. called me, put me on hold, got VERY rude with me!! And ya know what??? We don't owe crap! Never heard of these people.. we have NO debt what so ever! We think they are looking for my husbands dad.. who is TONS of debt.. but 3 times they were rude to us, yelled at us, and put us on hold.. Would never tell me who he was calling from, just that it was personal, idiots cant remember all you got to do is Google the number to see who it is!?!? STUPID
