You are all correct, I have been dealing with this and (2) others in this office in Anderson. I have had (3) accounts with them, (2) of which I have paid off. They were honest debts, where I was having financial difficulty. The (3rd) bill is where my my insurance did not pay anything, and I did not know until I started to get calls about it. So I checked it out and found it to be real, so I paid ($50-$100) per month. I am on disability and I got some back time, I wanted to pay it off. I went to the office when I was in Anderson one day to pay it off. But my bank would not okay the amount on my bank card, I forgot I had a daily limit attached. I went back in (2) weeks to make a payment and explain the problem, the lady at the front desk "she said not to worry about things happen unexpected, for me to pay as usual." I gave her ($100), the following week Chris called and made a fool of him self, because I did not pay it off. "He said that I caused him a lot of extra work. A week later he sent me a letter tell me I would pay off this bill or else. I have not paid him anything else, I am going to talk to the off that did the MRI and ask them to recall the bill, so I can pay them instead. There are (3) guys in this office Chris is Manager, Ron and John work under him. I have been in the office to make payments several times and asked to speak with Chris, but he will not talk face to face with me. They called even on Sunday, they called today 12/2/2012 between (2:30 and 3 pm). Thanks
These people are very rude, I have told them repeatedly not to call my phone they are calling the wrong number. They are hateful and love to hang up on you. They also tell lies I have requested they take my number off of their list and not to call me since their not gonna reach who they are looking for, they tell me to tell the person to quit giving my number out and then hang up on me, So I called them back; repeatedly to show them how it feels they don't like that to much, but the last tome I called they was recording our message and tried to be polite to me, If anyone knows how to get rid of these harrassing people please reply. I am tired of their rudeness and they need to be a stop put to them if this is how they do business then they needto be shut down, They will not tell where they are calling from.
Give it up Chris, we know it is you. Why don't you just admit that you are breaking the law with your cheap policies? its just a matter of time before you get sues for this.
