Who called from 9170011110

Got a call from this number claiming that the IRS will be filing a law suit against us.

I had a message on my phone saying the same thing.  This is twice.  The first time caller ID said unknown caller and they left a message with a different call back number in Washington State.  I received a second message today listing the 917-688-4186 number and saying IRS is going to file a lawsuit.  It must be a scam.

We received the same message on our home answering machine today saying that a law suit had been filed against us. Another scam?

SCAM.... The irs never asks for money over the phone! They say it themselves.
The scammers told me to go to my bank and withdraw $2200 and call them when I got home!

Its a total scam...i spent the last hour researching it.... Why cant he irs call the number and prosecute these guys? Seems like an easy slam dunk!
