Who called from 9172675566

Caller ID said V319182909000020520.  Didn't answer and no message left.

This caller said that was calling from Commonwealth MASS about GoGreen to reduce electricy bill -Is this side trustful?

I answered just to find out who this was.  GoGreen wanting me to put solar panels on my house.  I hung up during their sales pitch and they called the next day.  I didn't answer this time.

Called at 3:13 this afternoon. No message left, just a loud annoying buzzing noise. I thought the do not call list was supposed to put an end to this intrusion.

I keep getting calls from this number and I am on the do not call list?
