Who called from 9173101120

This number called me and told me they were the IRS and I needed to call them back to avoid going to court. They told me that the only way I could avoid a court hearing was to call them..(I did not call back)

They called and left a message that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us ND ASKED THAT WE CALL 917-310-1120 immediately.  We did not call back.

Same as above, IRS , Call Immediately, etc.  Call was @ 1716 HST 22 Sept 15.  Did not call back.

Message left IRS filing lawsuit, returned call. Stated money amt I owe, demanded some money today & ordered to borrow down pmt money from bank-don't say it's for IRS-told them I'm getting ready to call my lawyer, he called me a bad name, & I hung up.

I have received 2 calls for above number and the leave same message.   They also call on 2069008702.
