Received a message today from someone saying they were from the IRS and they said to call this # 917-310-1120 to avoid a lawsuit against us. We did not call back.
Called late in the evening and threatened me with an IRS lawsuit. Asked me to call them back on this number. I just received a really nice refund from the IRS, so I'm pretty sure they are not interested in suing me. This is a SCAM!
Same experience as past posters. Call from 917-310-1120 with robot voicemail indicating the IRS was filing a lawsuite against me and I needed to call for more information.
