They said they were from Apex legal processing & that someone filed a civil action against me. I told them I'll respond when I get served from courts & hung up
Wife has gotten a few calls from this number asking for a John Lyman. Definitely not my wife's name lol. They told my wife they called the wrong number, but continue to call her and just hang up when she asks why they keep calling her. I just called the number and a lady named Cassandra answered and stated she was with Apex legal services. She asked if I received a call from them. I told her yes, and asked for her to spell her name and company. She refused and stated she had the wrong number then said sorry and hung up.
they said i had a civil suit filed against me and gave me a number to call 888-473-7818 and a case number to give them when i called i told them i thought it was a scam and hung up
