I have recieved numerous calls from 917 336 2930 starting January 2017. I have filed complaint with donotcall.gov

I have also texted 917 336 2930

917-336-2930  Cease & desist from contacting my phone. I am on National Do Not Call Registry I have filed complaint.

Cease & desist from contacting my phone.

Received a call from Ashley at APEX Legal Processing telling me that someone filed a complaint and I needed to call DRS Litigation at (917)464-3830 when I asked about the nature of the complaint they said civil but did not have specifics. My neighbor was also contacted recently and said it was a phishing scam. When you call they want personal information which would allow them to steal your identity.

"Process server" scam.  They want to scare you into paying them money (extortion).
