Started out with the usual introduction.. this is max from the Windows it department with a heavy middle eastern or indian accent. I let them always step me through their process for a bit. Then I ask which apple laptop is infected. That generally slows them down. Or I tell them after a fashion that all I have is an ipad. The most enjoyment I had was the time I feigned being old and feeble and my son had just gotten me this new fangled laptop. Boy was this guy patient. I kept him going for 37 minutes before I told him it was a massive scam.
Im a retired it professional re overing from surgery so I have lots of time to screw with these scum bags
I already block this # 937-558-1887 ( caller ID Dayton, OH ) on 05/30/17. But these scammers were able to contacted my answering machine using # Out of area, and caller ID Dayton, Oh, and my phone can not block this number because there were no numeric.
