Answered but did not say anything. Eventually the caller or computer hung up. Next time I'm going to answer as Microsoft Support and see what comes out.
Received call at 9:29 am this morning from 941-237-0914. Caller ID showed UNKNOWN NAME. I answered because I was expecting another call. B/F caller asked for "Robert." I don't use that name. I asked who's calling. She then went into her spiel about energy savings. I interrupted her and told her that I was on the Do Not Call list and asked why was she calling. She replied that she was not selling anything. I again stated that I was on the DNC list because I did not want to be bothered and I certainly did not appreciate her arguing with me. She then got very nasty. After listing to her personal attack for a few seconds I terminated the call. These people are scumbags and should be prosecuted. Why would any company think that it's a good business practice to make unsolicited calls to people who have specifically stated that they do not want to be bothered, then argue and curse them? We need to pass and enforce laws that prohibit this practice!
Never answer unknown or unwanted #'S. Cid said Out Of Area (tip off) but hung up so no message left - go figure !!! Can you say harrassment !!! Thanks for the posts ....
