This is an actual company that does business with Credit Unions. I had a hard time back in 2009 with my car note and had to give my car back after paying on it for 2 1/2 years. I was really frustrated and didn't understand why I still owed money for a car I didn't have anymore. I was really rude to this guy Ryan the first few times he called, but thankfully he was persistent and patient enough to explain why I still owed money on the loan. They negotiated a settlement with my credit union that I could handle and now my debt is paid. He sent me a settlement letter like I asked him to and was a real nice guy. Don't be scared guys... if you owe the money, just call them and talk to them... they can help you out just like they did with me.
