Gail Rivers phoned me and did NOT disclose she works for collection company. Trying to collect a debt owed by my ex from 2006 (and it's nearly 2015 now!). Repeated her name 3 times but didn't know mine (I don't use my ex's name anymore).
gail rivers has been calling my wife and i for over a year for a debt that was sold to them from a credit company. that [***] even called my work. now we have a letter from them threatening us that they will garnish my wages or suck the blood out of my account. the crappy part about that debt is, i was laid off from work and unfortunately still had bills. give me an F-ing break. we tried to keep up with that card but they didnt want to work with us. they sold the debt to eri and im where i am now.
