Gail keeps calling me along with 20 other collectors get in line. Threaten to garnish my wages... take my house... my stuff. I got no job. So what do you want form me. I wish ERI had never bought this debt. Cant wait until they sell it. No one can be worse..
I get a ton of Calls From Gail Rivers, I've had this # for over a year and I've already told This Company I don't know who they are looking for. Today she called me while I was at the gym and she asked if I was someone and kept talking I said yes because I could not hear with all the commotion and I said who is this? She said Gail Rivers I knew this person because she calls constantly!!! So Annoying I told her I did not hear but I've already told her and many others a ton of times to stop calling me she was like well you said you were So and so (who ever the heck she was asking for all rude) I am so tired of them calling I'm not changing my dang number for these people!!
This scum called at 11:00 AM on a Saturday! BTW, they run the post-dated check scam-they try to trick people into writing checks with future dates on them, then cash the check. When the checks bounce they take out criminal complaints against the people, thus turning the debtor into a criminal. No morals., but that goes for all collectors.
