Anyone being bothered by these calls, should send a cease and desist letter to IMC along
with a request to remove your number from their internal call list.
The Federal Trade Commission, which operates the Do Not Call Registry, says: A consumer may ask a third-party telemarketer (IMC) calling on behalf of a charitable organization. (NRA) not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity.
If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine .
These calls should be reported to DNC authorities. IMC is NOT a charity and is subject to the rules.
Even though I blocked them a while back, they keep calling my house. 9 times since the beginning of November alone. Don't they program their robocalling unit to drop a number after it detects it has been blocked? Apparently not
NRA just called looking for my dead partner. Man just kept speaking wanting to talk to him. When he took a breath I finally got in that he past away sometime ago. Man finally said sorry and would take him off their list. I have no idea why he would be on NRA list to begin with.
