Who called from 9545125000

absolutly do not call my number again!

This is Kaplan University.  I was interested in finishing my degree online.  They called and I talked to them. Even when I told me that it would have to wait awhile they still call 3 - 6 times a day. This getting to be a pain in the butt.
Is there anyway to stop them?

I think I will try that.  Seems like nothing else works.

I get a call from this number every hour on the hour from 9 - 12 daily.
If I answer, no one responds.

This phone number calls me about 5 times a day.  Each time i answer they don't respond.  I've stopped answering the phone, and now they are leaving about 5 minute messages of just people talking in the background.  They also call and let the answering machine pick up and then they hang up
