Who called from 9545125000

I am continuing to get this number daily, usually between 9 until 2, every hour; when I answer, no one is there.

unwanted calls

Calls 3-4 times and day and refuses to quit calling is this anyway to stop them?

Kaplan keeps calling me. 954-512-5000

Kaplan called Baker University in OP, KS "looking for tuition information".  When asked if she was calling from Kaplan University, she promptly and rudely hung up........says a lot for their school!
