Again...I just left one of these for another number they have used. Give it up already!! I don't answer. I don't want to go to their college anymore. Reason...Harrassment...All I wanted was information from them. Which has been since to my email address. Good enough for me. Phone calls...I hate talking on the phone. I want my cell phone back! Stop blowing my cell phone up already!!! I've got at least 30 missed calls from this number. I work full time so half the time they call I'm at work. One day they called at least 4 times!
I get calls from this number, a "Kaplan respresentative as well." I've also communicated via email and became suspicious when the Kaplan website name extensions (edu., com., etc.) didn't match the official site - am checking into this with the official Kaplan to see if this number and person is really affiliated with Kaplan. The caller apparently calls alot and complained that my voicemail wasn't set on my phone. hmmmm
Im Curious..If you hate talking on the phone then why do you have a cell phone? And dont say that you got it for emergency purposes, cause thats bull. Also, when you put a request online for information, it makes perfect sense for that company to give you a call and find out what your looking for. If you dont want them to call you, then you should have not put your phone number down. Its simple as that. If they do call and you say take my name off the list, then by law they are supposed to do that. If they still call you, then write the fcc as well as the bbb. You can also speak to an attorney then and sue the school. However, I honestly dont feel sorry for people who volunteer all their information online and then get pissed off when a company calls them. If you didnt want any phone calls, then you can state on there that you just want contact via email. Or like I said before, dont put your phone number down. Hopefully youll get this issue resolved and that you learned your lesson, which is dont put your phone number online :)
I just started receiving these calls. I've received 2 phone calls in a matter of hours and my phone was off so went straight to voicemail. Both messages were very rude. One, the guy kept burping for 2 minutes and didn't even say anything else. Disgusting if you ask me. It was just a bunch of background noise. This has happened to me before and they finally gave up after months but never this rude before.
They call and call asking for Yanni Richards I have no idea of who this person is, and have become very agrravated by these calls. Every person that calls says they will take me off the call list, but i still get these calls. Kaplan! Stop this [***] and let me sleep!!!
