Who the hell uses fax's anymore? To be honest I didn't know we still had a fax machine. Got a form letter from "Paul Rinaldi" telling me "Linda Rather" tried to reach me, of course that's BS as I can track every phone call and email. This form letter has been copied so many times its illegible.
A very hesitant and thickly accented gentleman called the hospital I work at and asked for "Joseph". When I asked him who he was looking for, he again simply said "Joseph". I informed him this is a hospital and I don't know who Joseph is. He very reluctantly gave me a last name that he couldn't even pronounce properly. After much puzzling and him insisting he wanted to talk to Joseph, it turned out he was looking for our CEO whose name is JEFFREY.
Really, if you can't even do a little research and get a name correct....
A few times a month, we receive a fax from "Florida/Chicago/New York/etc... Associates". If anyone has discovered how they were able to have their fax number and/or main line number removed, please post for those who will see this message in the future. Thanks.
