Who the hell uses fax's anymore? To be honest I didn't know we still had a fax machine. Got a form letter from "Paul Rinaldi" telling me "Linda Rather" tried to reach me, of course that's BS as I can track every phone call and email. This form letter has been copied so many times its illegible.
They are a frequent caller, usually requesting to speak to anyone and everyone -but- the owner of the company (perhaps they are hoping to acquire that name). Anyways they've also called from 917-341-2087, 954-586-1800 & 954-586-1000
They fax often saying they have a buyer, or like today they have 2 buyers and they will work on commission only and pay for the appraisal. Honest brokers don't work this way.
Since you are so knowledgeable, please answer the following questions:
1. Who are they? What is their full, legal name
2. What is their legal address (no box numbers)
3. What is the address of their website?
4. In what states are they licensed?
