Just got a call from this same number, I too have a very long list of calls we get and never answer, they use "auto dialers" and that's why the (computer) never leaves a message. I am also on the
Do Not Call List, but it make no difference to a (computer). I am very tired of getting these calls too!
Wish there was a way to block them, but not sure how that works.
I got a call from this number two days ago (11/15). The ID showed up as "Health Stimulus." Ha! They hung up before I could get to a person.
Here's what really annoys me: when I call the number I get an automatic answering system at AT&T. And I can't get anyone at AT&T to deal with the issue. I did have someone there advise me to call my provider. I did that, then, because the number they called is on the national "do not call" registry, I called and filed a complaint with the FTC at 1 877 382-4357.

I'll just add that I've gotten this same illegal call from two different numbers. The other number is 1-206-496-0486. It also goes back to an AT&T answering system if you call it.
