Who called from 9712201315

I have filed a complaint with the FTC on Political Opinions of America.. When you press 1, they DO NOT remove you from their list, it doesn't work.  I also contacted their legal counsel and demanded to be removed from their call list.  He said he would forward my request to them.  His email is below.  I say bug the crap out of him since the company he represents is harassing all of us!!

Same crap.  Need to block this number

my solution   no one phones my house phone   and  i'm usually never home.    i've turned off the ringers and  once a day   i may check call id. Just in case some older  relative has past  on and someone is trying to inform me.  I'm very careful  who i give out my  cellphone number to.

How do they get your # when you are on the Do not call list? Or you're not even registered to vote?

I got a call but didn't answer cause display only showed number from an infrequent area code.  now the number is blocked.
