Who called from 9712201315

I just filed a complaint with the FCC. I've been getting calls from the Oregon area from the same entity for the past month, on my cell phone! They won't stop and it's driving me nuts.

Now up to 17, no v-mail calls, in 5 days.
If it is legit, thank you to Omaha22 for the attorney's info.  I'll be tendering that to my attorney as well.

Dead air until I spoke, then a loud CLICK! I'm not worried, they will call back soon,
they always do...

Have been constantly getting this number call my cell.  I never pick up.  They never leave msgs.  I'm on DO NOT CALL but it doesn't seem to help.
