I have got 4 calls today from 971-220-1761. No information and no message left. Over the past couple of days I have gotten 15 - 20 calls from the same number.
I have recieved at least 3 phone calls a day from this number. I do not answer. I'm on the no call list. Apparently it isn't working...Please stop them...
KLB had the right idea. Ill put the phone on a loud radio speaker or wait until the answer & then whistle loudy until the hang up. The idea is to not only annoy but tie up the phone lines. They get paid commission so to speak so wasting their time is a hoot. Sometimes you can asnwer and just give real vague answers and ask "pardon me?" alot. When they ask for a spouse or roommate say yeah he/she is right here hang on a second & then just let it hang there.
