received two calls first one disconnected the second one someone answered saying they were from the health dept. and started in on asking about diabetic information for someone in our home. When I asked and insisted on talking with a supervisor and not speaking with him any further he said hold please and I was disconnected. I called the number back on my cell phone and a recorded response was "if you would like to be removed from our call list and not receive any further promotion call press 1"
I tried calling back again to talk with a supervisor and could not get through beyond the recording.
ONCE they didn't hang up on me, and the woman I spoke with asked for the guy who had my number, like, 7 years ago. I told them not to call and they said "OK". They continue to call. And hang up on me.
I called the number directly to get to the bottom of it and got a automated system/robo-voice that said I could press "1" and get off their list. I did that. A few hours later they called me again and hung up on me.
I am currently a targeted individual (TI)...a person being gang stalked. My experiences are similar to the post above.
They have been calling for months and as a TI they call just to irritate or annoy me. I have spoken with a man and a women who told me that they would take me off of the calling list and I've completed the automated removal request but still they call.
Go to FFC.GOV and report them. I did and I think if everyone else does it should stop them from calling your house oh about say 10 times after you told them not to call anymore.
