Have gotten calls like this several times with this being the first one from this number... 971-220-1980. The ID box had REWARD SOLUTION and they left the message about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I'm no dummy!!! I don't answer calls from people I don't know personally. This is nothing but a BIG FAT SCAM!
Rachel is back. These idiots use spoofed phone numbers and Robo Calls; both illegal. Either never answer the call, or play with them. Waste their time; when you get a human, tell them you are Joe Friday with the fraud division. They will hang up, but you can enjoy the moment; they don't know who Joe Friday is.

This number comes from the Gresham, Oregon area. Card Services Pests. They must be near the Roloff Farm. I'm gonna have Matt Roloff go up and kick their [***]!!!
