Input some FAKE number, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER!! When you do this, the recording claims "you have been added to the list." Then, it gives you a choice to talk to a person or leave a message. Say the are Credit Card Services, blah, blah, blah. No name on the caller ID but it is from Gresham, OR. Have received several of these type calls on both our cell phones and home phone. They hang up as soon as you say you are on the Do Not Call Registry. Never an apology. I report every call to the registry. They also use the #360-529-6151 from Washington state whick I also report. Hope we can get these stopped. Really aggravating! If you call these #'s back they give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving these calls on their voicemail but they say you can talk to a rep but you are on hold forever and I have never had anyone answer. It takes a quite a while to report them to DoNotCall.gov but we have to if we ever want to stop this irritating invasion of our private telephones!
Suggest local police, FCC, FBI, Public Utilities Commission, state police, state and U.S. attorney general, local TV and newspaper consumer help investigate reporters. Hire a private investigator if you can afford it. Contact the telecommunications company which issued the calling number.
