I take the phone, answer it and then push my smoke detector test button, if that doesn't blow out their ears I don't know what does! Gets my point across and tests my detectors all at the same time.
This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group. They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called, Left Message, "… Lower interest. Blab blab … act now ….. Blab blab … push 3 to discontinue future calls …." . Well, you all know the drill. If you push 3, they know that it is a good phone number and the calls will increase. If you dial 1, you will have to deal with a telemarketer or a scam artist. If you do nothing all you have to do is delete the message from you answering machine or voice mail.
