all the DNC list did was give marketers a list they didn't have to pay for (it's made available to all marketers who request it). All the call centers are actually outsourced in other countries where they are exempt from the law here. They get a pass through phone number with a U.S. prefix (easy now with google voice) and that's how it's done.
I wouldn't bother reporting the offenders, no one in the U.S. Gov. gives a crap about us. We are nothing but cash flow to them, why do you think they took away all our rights (Patriot Act, Patriot act II, NDAA, Etc.)?
It's up to the public to make each other aware and to protect each other. Just report the offender here and then add the number to a call blocking app for your cell. If you still have a land line, I have no suggestions. Good luck.

If I wanted to do business with them, don't you think I would call them DUH.

My Mom, Helen Gill has received numerous calls from CNAM (1-971-220-1994) saying that she has not paid her bill. According to the above posts from others who have gotten calls from this company, it is a credit card company. MOM DOES NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS! They have been very nasty with her. Mom is 87 years old, has had at least 2 strokes, and she DOES NOT need the stress and agrivation of these people calling her and agrivating her.
