I run a billing office and a former collection agency, National Assets Management (NAM), that we used closed abruptly three years ago. All of a sudden the entity behind this telephone number is starting to contact accounts referred to NAM 5-9 years ago. In my opinion this is a scam; they want patients to pay via credit card or provide checking account information. Do not given them anything. Demand that they stop calling your number and only communicate in writing per your right as a consumer.
This guy has called me with multiple numbers saying to call the exact number "201-205-2092 and it gets annoying, I'm sitting in class and get calls from the guy over and over again. I end up blocking every time they call, but it keeps coming. It's very annoying.
