Wanted "Google Account Manager"  Told them we didn't have one and hung up.

Called asking for the owner, I told him that he was away on vacay, and he proceeded to ask m,e what my bosses name is. I said that if my boss wants to speak with you, he will call you back. He then started referencing google account and how we were locked out. I started wasting his time by repeatedly asking why he was calling. Ended the phone call with him saying he'll call back Monday, and he hung up.

An foreign guy named "Steve Cooper" wanted to speak with the owner.  I couldn't understand him.  When I asked his name again, he yelled his made up name and kept asking if he was available.  I asked him the business name.  He just kept yelling "Is he available?"  I put him on hold and let him enjoy our music.
