THIS SH*T!!!! is anoying. Im only 13 but they call every day mostly around 12 and 5Pm when they call i tell them to let me talk to there manager and all they do is say let me speak to someone called dilores Gomez WTF!!!!!!!!!! no one is called that at my house and every day its the same man that calles back and asks
for the same person. i tried to get his company and tried to crash it by sneding liker 70 emails at one time from like 30 peple i know that let me use there a counts on gmail. but the guy didint speak good english.
My parents are getting 2-4 calls a day from these people. All calls are coming from 201-210-3618. Today they called and left a message of "great importance." They were to call 1-800-363-4816. My dad called and demanded to be taken off their calling list and said if they got another call from them they would be reported to the local police, the MN attorney general, and would have legal action taken against them.
So far the local police said nothing can be done because no crime has been committed even though they tried to get my parents social security information from them. Thank gawd they aren't valuerable adults otherwise there could have been big trouble. The one woman they talked to that "represented" American Express said that my parents owed AE a large sum of money, my parents don't have an account with AE.
This is a RIP OFF SCAM. Watch out and warn everyone you know!!!!
constantly calls, no one answers me, does not leave a message, sometimes I hear music, once, a heavily accented male voice who I could not understand said something I could not figure out
Am Ex - is this the company they use for the rest of you? If so Am Ex has used them in the past, yet my "settlement" is over 15 years old! They (GV, ARC, RSC???) claim they, (Am Ex) never settle accts! Well, I have all the documentation and have spoken w/ Am Ex rep, DJ badge # 84184, who is taking this to their coporate office, so he says.
I peppered the rep with questions about who they "really" were and where did they get my information. I then told her to fax me information about their company including their name address, copies of their licenses, information on the princples of the company etc. She asked why I needed this info and I told her to let the Attorney General's office have it so they can proceed. She then promply said she would have to have a supervisor contact me ..... I CAN'T WAIT!!
