We called the owner of Crescent Processing Company (CPC, aka Crescent Merchant Services) - Columbus Bank & Trust in Columbus, GA. (1-800-334-9007) Richard took our complaint and e-mailed his contact to take us off the list.

Called and asked for owner by name. I told her he was not available could I take a message. She said she would call back later and said thank you and humg up.
This person called and asked to speak with the owner. I said I am the Manager, and am the person to speak with. The person (male) was exceptionally rude. He refused to state his name, nature of the business or name of the company!
