Thank you for the tip of pressing 0. I had left a stupid message, but when I pressed 0 it did send me to Deanna. She was very nice, apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait 24-48 hours to be removed, and also took all of our business numbers off without a hassle (usually telemarketers get fiesty when I ask that they remove multiple numbers). The company is annoying, but at least some of their employees seem ok :)
Got a call from a lady that seemed nice until I asked to be put on a do-not-call list, she got very argumentative and just kept on with her spiel and so I told her I would report her to the FCC if she did not put me on her "no call" list, she really became irritated. I asked her what her name was and she hung up. I called the number back and the lady on the answering machine sounded like the one I talked to. My guess is that it is some desperate lady working from home to make a few bucks.
Called here too. Caller ID confirmed. Apparenty they don't care about the federal do not call list as I am on it. I tried calling back and all I get is busy signals.
Trying to get me to use some sort of credit card processing company. I have been getting a ton of these calls with different numbers that all appear to be the same company.
HAH! I wrote a comment above about being so pleased with this company for their polite service and easy removal...well, 5 days later, they've called again. I called back and hit '0' and talked to the same customer service lady, who again was very pleasant, but I am more than irritated. Hopefully if I complain enough, we'll ACTUALLY be taken off their call list.
