The website (www.crescentprocessing.com) says they are a "registered agent" of Columbus Bank & Trust in Columbus, GA. The folks calling from Crescent are (mostly) rude and offensive. Complain to the bank (1-800-334-9007) and the FDIC (the agency that regulates this bank) at 1-800-934-9179. Ask to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list for this ANNOYING telemarketing company.
We have repeatedly asked to be taken off their list - they ARGUE with us that they aren't trying to sell us anything and we have to listen to their spiel before they could remove us from the list - every phone conversation ends with "please remove us from your lists"

We called CPC's owner Columbus Bank & Trust in Columbus, GA. (1-800-334-9007) Richard took our complaint and e-mailed his contact to take us off the list.
