Simply call your local police dept. fraud unit or your county DA or state attorney general and give them the info. These folks have been sued umpteen times and they just keep changing numbers, etc.
You will never get to talk to the caller's "supervisor" because he/she will always be on another call. That's standard fare for these folks. They're crooks, pure and simple.
Never, ever, buy anything from an online vendor who offers a free month's supply for only shipping and handling. READ the fine print....and it's usually very difficult to find because the terms and conditions are almost always hidden away in another small link that is not easy to find on their webpage. They don't even abide by their own terms and conditions.
One last thing. These ads usually start out with a realistic looking article that is supposed to be written by some news reporter who has tried, and loved, the product. Those are almost always bogus articles. Just pass all this crap by and you'll be much the better off for it. All these types of products can be purchased for much less money at WallyWorld or Kmart, etc.
I have gotten several calls from this # (201-215-2434) over the last week with noone there when I answered and no message left when I missed it. I finally had time today to call back. I spoke to Sheri who said that it is an "order confirmation number" which is shared by several companies and that she could figure out which if I told her my number. I told her my # (which may have been stupid), and she then said it was not coming up in her system but that she would add me to the "Do Not Call" list anyway.
If your phone or phone company has the service, you may block the people who are calling from this number from calling or getting through to your phone.
I just tried to call these people as they called my number this morning and all I heard on the other end was some heavy breathing. I'm a 70 year old man and was at first flattered that I was getting an obscene phone call. ;o)
When I tried to call them this afternoon(twice), a recorded message said that while I was waiting for a customer service rep, I should get my account records and have them handy. Then they terminated the call both times.
My Whitepages.com says that the number is from Hoboken, NJ.
