I've received phone calls numerous times from different numbers, but same recording. I talk to some each time to have the number removed, but keep getting them. Like so many before me, I called back and they tell me the phone number I calling from (which is not even the number I'm at) and they say that it has been removed.
When I tried to talk to the lady today, I tell her, "I want to know why you -" She transferred me to the phone number removal extension and hung up.
I finally got these people to stop calling my land line by asking to be put on the "Do not call list" and now they're calling my cell phone. Very annoying! How are they getting cell phone numbers?
I got the call on my cell phone. When I tried calling it back from my cell phone, I got dead air. I tried again from a land line and it gave me the option to remove my number from a list. But no live person!
