How do these people get my number when I'm on the DO NOT CALL list?!?

After all of the political jerks calling here 10 or more times a day for the past too many months, I have no interest in more spam calls! How did THEY get my number??
Almost as bad as getting those damn political recordings. I think we ALL should get online and get our Gov. name and tell him to try and get a bill passed saying there HAS to be a return number that we can call back when someone calls us, if not not than, dont let their call go thru to us.
Many calls from this number. They are asking to speak to a registered voter. Most likely some crook. I also am on the do not call list, but it seems to do o good.
They just called my phone and my ID says Fort Lee, New Jersey. I didn't answer it and they hung up.
One way to handle it is if you are fast on the draw is to click answer real fast and then off. I do that with 800 numbers and it works sometimes ;-)
