Calls and rings once and hangs up

I received calls from this number today, the 19th of January 2015, at 11:37am and 12:42, 1:20, 1:51, 2:15, 3:16, and 3:31pm. That is a total of seven (7) calls from them today! And I haven't the slightest idea who they are or why they are bothering me.
