Who called from 201243336

Got the call at 9:04 on 5/8/13.

Just received a call from 201243336 (caller ID showed incompleted no.).  Didn't answer and no message.  My no. is registered on do not call list, too.

just got a call;
was told that they could lower my interest raid on my visa card (I don’t ever have a visa card), I asked them that they should give me the card number they are talking about, they told "offer is no more valid, and have a nice day" and hung-up the phone
